Utah County Football Conference

The Utah County Football Conference Updated 9/5/2010

Welcome to the Utah County Football Conference

 

Reporting Scores - if you do not see your score updated within a couple days of your game, please send the team names, grade and score to ucfc.admin@gmail.com and we will get the scores updated.  

 

Number of games

 Each team will play 7 regular season games.  If a team does not make the play offs - they will be re-seeded at the end of the year for an 8th game. 

If a league had an uneven number of teams - one team in that league has to play an 8th regular season game, to insure all have at least 7 games.    

 

 

 

 

 

2010 changes -

Z down rule - a smaller, less experienced player can choose to play with the grade below their current grade if they meet the Z down weight - see the weights below.   

  • 1st / 2nd grade - 75lbs - No Z down to 1st/2nd grade
  • 3rd grade - 85 lbs - Z down Weight 65 pounds
  • 4th grade - 95 lbs  - Z down Weight 75 pounds                    
  • 5th grade - 105 lbs - Z down Weight 85 pounds               
  • 6th grade - 120 lbs - Z down Weight 100 pounds               
  • 7th grade - 135lbs  - Z down Weight 115 pounds               
  • 8th grade - 165 lbs  - No Z down to 8th grade


 

 

 




High School Districts Updated 4/15/2010

Our Conference is organized along  High School boundaries -  We have teams from the following high schools - American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Lehi, Westlake and Lone Peak.    If you live in any of those high school boundaries your welcome to join us.   See the following for information:
